We can provide a full on-site support service for hardware, operating system and application software.
- Remote Access Support
Using remote access management software, we can provide remote support for the PCs and servers. With the remote access capability in place, we can connect to your computer (you can control these access rights if desired) and take control of the machine as if physically at the desktop. This allows us to look at event logs, run maintenance utilities, download updates and fully interact with the user in the event of a problem.

We have extensive experience on all Microsoft operating systems from DOS to Windows 7 and Microsoft application software. We can assist with user problems, file conversions, internet and email.

We can supply leading anti-virus and anti-spyware products and have considerable experience in detecting and removing viruses and spyware.
- Workshop Repair
In our workshop we can test and repair PCs, notebooks and peripherals. In the event of disk drive problems, we have considerable experience in data recovery and can, in most cases, transfer the complete operating system and data from a faulty disk drive to a new replacement drive.
